Pizza Dough 

  • 4 ½ cups Flour

  • ½ tablespoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Yeast

  • 1 ¾ cups Water (very cold)

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.. In small parts, add water to the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Add olive oil to the mixture and stir to combine. Dust a flat working surface and form into balls. Leave in the fridge to rise overnight and use within three days.
